The Mesa County Fair is July 12 - 16

2016 Mesa County Fair is “For the kid in all of us!”

Come kids, cars and cowboys alike! The 2016 Mesa County Fair is “For the kid in all of us!” with more free shows, entertainment and family friendly things to do.

The Fair kicks off Tuesday night at the Mesa County Fairground, 2785 U.S. Hwy. 50, in the Grandstands with widely known and family-friendly comedian, Carlos Oscar, followed by a free fireworks show.

Enjoy week-long entertainment with nightly music performances at the Coloramo Credit Union Celebration Stage. The ladies drill team, Frontier Belle’s, performs Wednesday followed by the classic Antique Tractor Pull. Thursday features the Murdoch’s Mesa County Cattlemen’s Association Working Ranch Rodeo and the Wine Tasting Event, featuring many of the award winners from our Commercial Winemaker’s Competition. The ultimate crowd-pleasing PBR Bull Ride is Friday night. This year, the Fair will host its first ever 5k and bring back the Demolition Derby on Saturday, the last day of Fair. Brown’s Amusements carnival games and rides, contests, monkeys, hypnotists and magicians are just a handful of other Fair attractions this year, along with a variety of exhibits and the heart of the Fair: the 4-H and FFA livestock shows.

Fair tickets, carnival passes, Carlos Oscar, PBR Bull Riding, Working Ranch Rodeo, Wine Tasting and Demolition Derby tickets can be purchased online at or at Sutherlands®, 2405 Patterson Road.

Fairgrounds gates open at 11a.m. on weekdays and 10a.m. Saturday. See you there!
