On Thursday, June 14, there will be a Living With Wildfire Workshop. For the first time in Mesa County, local and federal agencies are coming together to host a workshop for local leaders centered around wildfire safety and education. The workshop will focus on steps that realtors, developers, landowners, and community leaders can begin taking to create a safer tomorrow for residents of the Western Slope. The workshop will be Thursday, June 14, from 9:30-2:30 p.m. The cost is $40, which includes a light breakfast and lunch.
